If you want to see your own body in front of a mirror. The height of the mirror did not need to be the same as your height. Actually, you only need mirror with half of your height.  Why?

You can adjust those two small circles in the center two adjust the position and height of the mirror.
You can also drag the red circle to see the light paths started from that point.
