Hello!

Could you please provide a simple diagram for the system and the model/formula for you case?
It will be difficult to read the java code directly. If you can explain what you want to do and how you did it.
It will be easier for other to help you. I will try to help, but, I can not promise that it will be done before the end of  this day. I have my own job to do. I can help with my spare time.

i have to calculate the focal distance for the emmetropic eye with the formula:
1/f=(n2-1)(1/R1-1/R2)+(n1-1)(1/R2-1/R3)
n2=1.376
n1=1.41
R1=0.6
R2=3
R3=5
f=focal distance
i'm sorry but i'm very tired and can explain right what i want to say. i've found a site with the applet for the emmetropic eye but i can't see the source code
http://mapageweb.umontreal.ca/hamamh/Simul.htm - this is the site
i'm sorry for your disturb, i don't what to be a trouble for you. if you have time to help me, please help me, if you don't have time it's ok.
thank you very much!

There are 17 links at the web page http://mapageweb.umontreal.ca/hamamh/Simul.htm
Which one is the case you are interested in?
 There are one web page with title: Emmetropic eye : normal eye
Does not fit with your above description?

If you just need to calculate value from the formula, you can use a calculator.
If you want a simulation, you need to write down in detail what you really want.
