Question:
Do you have a reference citation list of the EJS research papers?

I am using Endnote http://www.endnote.com/ to manage the references, it is cool!

i can find only these:

maybe an ejs.enl will be cool like this site.

Modeling Physics with Easy Java Simulations

written by Wolfgang Christian and Francisco Esquembre

The paper Modeling Physics with Easy Java Simulations describes the use of the Easy Java Simulations (Ejs) modeling and authoring tool and shows how this tool can be used to teach mechanics concepts using computer modeling.  Although the modeling method can be used without computers, the use of computers allows students to study problems that are difficult and time consuming, to visualize their results, and to communicate their results with others.  The combination of computer modeling with theory and experiment can achieve insight and understanding that cannot be achieved with only one approach.

As an Information Technology student I have learned the things about Java. And I think if you could make a research paper about Java, make it academic and concentrated on technology also.

Its useful to many of us to be in touch with such activities using the research points mainly concentrated on special subjects like Java Simulation. Whenever one makes his real efforts to make such research process, that not only contributes to his development but also for the entire community working on it. -*-

Java simulation or implementation is my weakest part, so can't help you much on this. But can suggest you one website which offers help to academic students for java implementation. Checkout the site here: http://www.geoffandfrancis.co.uk/java.php
