Could you described in more detail what is kind of effect you want to illustrate?

E.g. direction of B field related to a long wire or magnetic field vector distribution or ....

It will be better if you can provide a simple diagram or your teaching plan (how it will be used!).

Ampere's Law allows us to easily calculate magnetic fields in highly symmetric situations, much as Gauss' Law allowed us to determine electric fields.
