hello every one,

i need some information regarding the wave propagtion from air medium to some dielectric medium. i am mainly concerned with the angle to which it differs.

You need to have the index of refraction (n)
and use Snell's Law to find the angle of refraction.
n1 sinθ1=n2sinθ2
