If java program did not show up, please download and install latest Java RUN TIME

As long as the center of gravity (c.g. in the simulation) the system is under stable equilibrium.
You can drag the slider bar at the right to change the level of the center of gravity.
Drag the top slider to change the tilt angle of the system.
