this is so cool! i also play with this toy before so i am familar with the light reflect to make a virtual image at the top of the hole.

thanks prof!

by the way, how do i make sense of this particular light direction as shown in the picture?

I am sorry. There should be  images in the simulation. I forgot to upload image to the server.
I just did. You should be able to find the image when you view it next time.
You can change the arrow to change the initial direction of the light ray.

It might be due to some bug when switching from EJS 3 to EJS4.
I just re-compiled it. It should work fine now.
