This is a coaxial wheel, with two different radius.
For the system to be in equilibrium, different mass m1,m2 need to be adjust at the right ratio.
You can change the ratio of the radius with slider bar, and drag m1 up/down with your mouse.
If you adjust m1, the program will calculate the balanced mass m2.
If you adjust m2, the system will not be in equilibrium.

The displayment in y-direction are dy1,dy2.
Find out the relation between dy2/dy1 to the ratio of the radius between those two wheels.
