ejrconsole not running

I have unziped the ejr file. But the ejrconsole file does not run. Can anybody help me at

migulati@rediffmail.com.

If you download Latest version of Ejs
Installation Procedure: Please make sure you have at least java run time installed.

  1. Unzip downloded file to any directory in your computer (for example:c:\) It will create a new subdirectory: Ejs
  2. Double Click Ejs/EjsConsole.jar to run it!

Please let me know the message shown on your screen. Otherwise, I would not be able to help!

Hello Sir,
When I doubleclick EjsConsole.jar, console screen shows up and immediately disappears. There is error:

error in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: C:\Ejs\EjsConsole/jar

What should I do to repair it?

I just download the same file and check it with my machine. It is working fine.
Please make sure you have install the Java Run Time on your machine.

I ensured...It's properly installed.
To prove it I checked whether I can run EjsConsole.jar from cmd console
I wrote java -jar EjsConsole.jar and everything is working well.
I don't know what is reason of it, but I'm working on it.

Do you mean if you type "java -jar EjsConsole.jar" and it is working well. And it is not working when you double click EjsConsole.jar?
Then it is something wrong in your setting? Not the Ejs distribution.
You can create a  bat file to run "java -jar EjsConsole.jar". Ejs was running that way.
Now, we can run ejs by double click EjsConsole.jar

I did not have the same problem as you have. So I do not know how to help now.

I think so also. But I've never told that there is sth wrong with Ejs. Now I know that there is sth wrong with my java properties

You can create a  bat file to run "java -jar EjsConsole.jar". Ejs was running that way.
Now, we can run ejs by double click EjsConsole.jar
