The applet is Tethered Mass and Spring Model
written by Wolfgang Christian, modified by Ahmed.

Original applet http://www.compadre.org/osp/items/detail.cfm?ID=9406

The Tethered Mass and Spring model shows a mass constrained to move in the x-direction by a horizontal rod and connected to a spring of natural length L = 10.
One end of the spring is connected to a movable (draggable) ceiling and the other end is connected to the mass.
Users can drag the mass along the rod and users can control the height of the ceiling H by dragging which changes the stretch of the spring.
The height H, the spring constant k, and the natural length of the spring L can also be adjusted using the sliders at the bottom of the position vs. time graph.

I had a mistake with upload jar file to run as applet in website, first i download the last version from EJS4.3.4 unzip, work fine but didn't have export folder like other old versions,

I was not able to run the above jar file.
May be it is corrupted. Please re-compile it again!
I downloaded the original file and re-compile it again!

the attachment did not run for me
ejs_MassAndSpring.jar (1435.58 KB - downloaded 3 times.)

i did recompile it and it works fine.
try recompiling with the workspace as default, perhaps Ejs does not recognize renamed exported folders?

good! your upload to NTNU is working now.

did u upgrade your java to 7?
i suspect Ejs is not java 7 ready, i being using java 6 update 26 still to aviod this error message that i get from using java 7 to compile
notice Unsupported major.minor version 51.0 is in Java 7
version 49 is in java 6
applet compile in java 7 currently does not run properly in machines with java 6,i suspect
