HI Hi ^^
need help again

1. The viscous drag [i:2f39b02284]F[/i:2f39b02284] on a sphere moving in a liquid depends on [i:2f39b02284]a[/i:2f39b02284], radius of sphere, [i:2f39b02284]v[/i:2f39b02284] its velocity and [i:2f39b02284]n[/i:2f39b02284] the viscousity of the liquid. Use the method of dimension to derive an equation for [i:2f39b02284]F[/i:2f39b02284] in terms of [i:2f39b02284]a, v and n.[/i:2f39b02284]

2. The velocity of sound in medium depends on the wavelength [i:2f39b02284]L[/i:2f39b02284], Young modulus [i:2f39b02284]E[/i:2f39b02284] and density [i:2f39b02284]p[/i:2f39b02284] of the medium. Use the method of dimension to derive an equation for [i:2f39b02284]v[/i:2f39b02284] in terms of [i:2f39b02284]L, E and p.[/i:2f39b02284]

someone please help me
I will be very glad and thank you so much for your help ^^ Cheesy

I already show you how to do dimension analysis in another post. http://www.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/ntnujava/viewtopic.php?t=326

Please follow the same step and try it out by yourself.
If you still have problem , please post what you have done and I will try to help you.
But I do not want to post the answer before you try it out first.

Try to find out the answer by yourself is better than view the answer from some where.
It good to hear that you understand it.
