Applet created by prof Hwang i just do some modification on layout.
Original Applet Spring: relation between displacement,velocity,acceleration,force and energy

The following simulation show relations between displacement(x), velocity(v_x), acceleration (a_x=-k*x/m),force(F_x=-k*x), kinetic energy(K=\tfrac{1}{2}m*v_x^2) and potential energy(U(x)=\tfrac{1}{2}k*x^2)

Drag the blue object at one end of the spring and let go.
