This following is fluid surface in an accelerating system

Original project fluid surface in an accelerating system

Water surface in a container is horizontal in equilibrium.
What happened to the water surface if the container is being accelerated!
You can drag the slider to accelerate the container. (The acceleration stop when you release the mouse button to prevent too fast velocity)

There is a balloon in the water and a pendulum above the water. You can watch how balloon and pendulum move when the container is being accelerated,too!
There are different damping forces for balloon(larger) and pendulum(smaller).
