I just read xml file and re-compile it to be able to upload to the forum.

Embed a running copy of this simulation

I think I found the problem. You have upload 4 files. like
ejs_Electric Field and Potential in One Dimension.jar

Please do not use space " " as part of filename.
Use underline "_" in between might solve the problem.
