dear sir,

going ahead from your model of 2d collision detection, i was wondering if it was possible for you to create a simulation for collision avoidance on the same principal of vectors and tangents to the circle from a goal state.. i could provide u with a possible algoritm

I do not understand what do you mean?
You need to explain it in detail (include simple figure/diagram if necessary).
