If you can read Chinese please go to EJS workshop online course (http://enjoy.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/course/view.php?id=246). You will find more information.
The following are flash movies. It will show you step by step instruction to create java simualtion with EJS.
Because it was created for EJS workshop in Taiwan, so the interface was shown in Chinese.
1. How to create 1-D simple harmonic motion (SHM).  (http://enjoy.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/mod/resource/view.php?id=8496)
2. modify the above 1D SHM to 2D (http://enjoy.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/mod/resource/view.php?id=8497)
3. create projectile motion using ODE (http://enjoy.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/mod/resource/view.php?id=8498)
4. create projectile motion using known formula (http://enjoy.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/mod/resource/view.php?id=8499)
5. particle bounce in a square box (http://enjoy.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/mod/resource/view.php?id=8500)
6. simple pendulum (http://enjoy.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/mod/resource/view.php?id=8501)
7. several springs connected in 1D (http://enjoy.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/mod/resource/view.php?id=8502)
8. projectile motion with drag force (http://enjoy.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/mod/resource/view.php?id=8503)
9. use event to take care of bouncing problem (http://enjoy.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/mod/resource/view.php?id=8504)
10. use analytic vurve element to draw curves (http://enjoy.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/mod/resource/view.php?id=8505)
11. create a plotting area where user can enter formula and plot it. (http://enjoy.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/mod/resource/view.php?id=8506)
12. plenary (Kepler's) motion (http://enjoy.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/mod/resource/view.php?id=8507)
EJS examples:
1. draw a time dependent curve (http://enjoy.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/mod/resource/view.php?id=8508)
2. using spring to simulate collision between  particles (http://enjoy.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/mod/resource/view.php?id=8509)
3. create a flat mirror (and image trace) (http://enjoy.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/mod/resource/view.php?id=8510)
4. create a thick lens (http://enjoy.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/mod/resource/view.php?id=8511)

English interface version for  simple harmonic motion  (http://www.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/demolab/swf/shm1.swf)

You are welcomed to post for more request and I will try to help with examples!
