i would like to find out for the FDTD java code.which is in term of 1 dimension, 2 dimension and 3 dimension for the waveform. about this FDTD which is using the maxwell equation. i dont know how to draw a waveform in java and dont know what kind of the function i need to use. so, anyone can teach me?

Take a look at Paul Falstad's site:
http://www.falstad.com/mathphysics.html You may find what you need. Some of his applets are based on the FDTD method, and some are based on the spectral method. Title: Re: Finite Difference Time domain (FDTD)Post by: Fu-Kwun Hwang on February 25, 2009, 01:25:23 pm
EJS has build in GUI element which alow you enter function and EJS will generate the function plot it for you!
