Title: Friction force and motion of the block
Post by: Fu-Kwun Hwang on February 25, 2007, 08:07:17 pm
A block is moving on a surface with coefficient constant mu=0.6
It will slow down due to friction force.
You can change the external force to keep it moving.
You can add anothe mass on top the block by changing m2.

strange i have the file fma.xml

don't remember where i download it from.

anyway, i am trying to modify the codes in EJS.

chance to advise on how to make this applet with PLAY , PAUSE BUTTON work.

currently, it starts immediately without the user able to input a different set of initial conditions to promote inquiry based learning.

attached is my work so far. :)

When you click "load ejs as signed applet". You will be able to save the source code locally and modify the ejs within the browser.
if you do not want the program starts immediately, un-check "autoplay" from Evolution page in the Model page.
