changes

a bit of color scheme change
font change to ARIAL to bigger display
made text "TIME" drag-gable like in Geogebra
added second slider and field input
added play pause step reset buttons
made second hand drag-gable but some bugs,
01 sept 2011
fix the bug on the hour slider and separate hours12  1200AM to 1159AM to 1200 PM to 1159PM by having defined codes to handle the occurrences
