The following simulation show relations between displacement$(x)$, velocity$(v_x)$, acceleration $(a_x=-k*x/m)$,force$(F_x=-k*x)$, kinetic energy$(K=\tfrac{1}{2}m*v_x^2)$ and potential energy$(U(x)=\tfrac{1}{2}k*x^2)$

Drag the blue object at one end of the spring and let go.
