Hello prof
I try to translation applet that you design by JDK1.0.2 to Arabic language
I test in one applet right now is airplane so after i finish translation applet work,
But language appear like Boxes and Arabic language didn't work.
So prof what wrong you think i do or what i need to Arabic appear in applet like any language,,
I didn't know if problem in UTF_8 or may because I'm using windows XP portages (Brazil) language.
I will attach the example in my message to you check.

It seems to be working fine.

Strange because with me is work but like i explain in my last message i don't know where is wrong
This is image for applet working in my system may i think problem in UTF_8 I'm not sure may prof you help me to solve

I am sorry that I have no ideas why it is not working for your case.
May be you can try it with different browser?

In real i test by Firefox,internet explorer and Google Chrome the same wrong however i will try find any way to work
May problem in windows XP have something wrong in java policy or utf-8

I do not know how to help because it work find with my browser.

I think problem is in windows XP because (Portages)
How ever i was thinking to translation all applets design by JDK1.0.2
To Arabic,, any way i will continue search still find where is the problem.

Prof i want say that i didn't have in my system Arabic package
May this is problem make applet can't support language.
I know this point by lookang.
So prof my ask is you have a Arabic package in your PC?

May be the win7 install those Arabic characters code?

I did check it.
It works with my XP/VISTA/Win7  + firefox or IE!

I do not know why it does not work with your browser!

i also don't know why it does not work on my windows XP, i just installed the additional language pack from XP installation disc

i cant find anything to install for UTF_8.
is it something to install?
UTF_8 reader?

I'm wonder what the reason make translation to Arabic language not work in my PC.
I tried many ways to know where is wrong but didn't found, so only have a way I'm didn't test yet,
Use windows XP English version may this help to applet appear by Arabic language.
News:- after solve this problem will be available Arabic version physic JDK1.0.2 Java applets design by professor Fu-Kwun Hwang.
