Title: What is the distribution of period if the velocity are distributed linearly.

There are 10 particles in the simulation.
The velocity for each particle are v,2v,3v,4v,5v,6v,7v,8v,9v,10v (all pointing upward) and
all the particle are seat on the ground.

They are all under the same influency of gravity? All the particles will jump up and down periodically.
1. If all the particle have the same mass:
What will be the distribution of period for those particles?
2. If all the particle have the different mass (the ratio of mass is 1:2:3:4:5:6:7:8:9:10):
What will be the distribution of period for those particles?
