Title: Driven and Damped Harmonic Oscillator

This is a simple harmonic oscillator (SHM): spring with spring costant k, attached with mass m, and damping constant b

F(x) = -k*dx-b*vx ; where dx is the change of spring length L-L0

Another driven force is applied to the SHM (you can adjust the amplitude d, and the period/frequency of the applied force).
Try to find out under what condition, the SHM will have larger amplitude.
