Title: VRML importation
Post by: Jimmy Lefort on May 19, 2009, 03:46:35 pm
Hi,

I would like to create an applet java to teach anatomy with ejs.

To do that, I have created a 3d model of the human body with Blender. (Blender is a free open source 3d content creation suite like 3dsMax or Maya. http://www.blender.org ) I can export a .wrl or a .obj from blender. I tried to import a .wrl to ejs but I did not find a proper way.

So I would like to know if it is possible to open and use a .wrl or a .obj with ejs and how to do so.

Thanks a lot.

EJS is a java application. It is possible to import other java libraries into EJS.
However, it seems that Blender is not a java program. So EJS would not be able to open .wrl files.
