Title: Wonderfull Hands on Site
Post by: nalzayed on March 06, 2009, 03:05:18 am
I think this site is so greate. I am still moving around and discovering new important corners every day. Perhaps already available on this site;  I think we may need a step by step tutorial on how to get maximum possible power of Java on our online courses. Until now, I only collect applets from here and there, but I think it is time to work out my own applets.
Thanks to the leader of this amazing site

Here is one step by step swf file which shows you how to create kepler motion with EJS 3.4.
(There are more function available with new EJS4, but the basic structure are the same.)
http://www.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/demolab/download/kepler_e.swf

Here is another one for simple harmonic motion (http://www.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/demolab/swf/shm1.swf)

There are more SWF movies show step by step instructions (http://www.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/ntnujava/index.php?topic=656.0) to create java simulation with EJS.
However the GUI shown in the SWF are in Chinese because those are developed when I taught our under-graduate students about EJS.

I will try to create more SWF files when I found available free time to d it.
Please post your questions about EJS at  Questions related to EJS (http://www.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/ntnujava/index.php?board=23.0), I will try to help as soon as I can.
Yes. We need to users to help each others. And I hope we can form EJS user community soon!

Yes!
finally, more people to learn from, to spur each other to learn more. this is everything a professional learning community can be with Prof Hwang leading the way.
